Every practitioner entry traces to a named public authority. We list our sources, the volume each returns, and the date we last read it — so you can check our work against the original, or tell us when we are out of date.

Method
Nothing here is automatic and nothing here is anonymous to us. Each of the three steps below can be audited against the published methodology.
Read the methodology in fullPractitioner records are read from named government licensing registries on a fixed schedule. Case reports arrive through the public submission form; reports found in forums or news are tagged as such and never auto-published.
A person reviews every case for plausibility, third-party privacy, and legal risk before publication. Moderation checks that an account is coherent — it cannot confirm a diagnosis, a date, or a bill.
Approved cases aggregate into country scores across four weighted components. Below 5 reports a country stays ungraded rather than being scored on noise.
Known bias. Patients whose treatment went well rarely file a report. Our figures describe the people who came to us, not every patient who travelled — read them as “among those who reported to us”, never as a population rate. We do not statistically adjust for this and we do not hide it.
Limits of the register. A licence confirms that an authority recorded a practitioner. It says nothing about their skill, their clinic, or their outcomes. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation to use, or avoid, any provider.
Country record
Composite of negative-outcome rate (35%), average severity (30%), severe-case rate (20%), and remedial cost burden (15%), scaled 0–10 where 10 is the best reported outcomes. Countries below 5 approved reports are left ungraded.
No country has reached the publication threshold
Grades appear once a destination reaches 5 approved case reports. Until then we publish nothing rather than a score built on a handful of accounts. Submitting a report is what moves a country onto the record.
