1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Dental Tourism Watch ("the Site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, clinical, or legal advice. All content — including case reports, country safety scores, and risk tools — is informational only. You should consult a qualified medical professional before making any treatment decision. We disclaim all liability arising from reliance on content published here.

3. Case submissions

By submitting a case report, you confirm that:

• The account you have submitted describes your own personal experience or an experience you have direct, first-hand knowledge of.
• The account is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate.
• You have the right to publish it and grant us a licence to do so.
• The submission does not contain the private data of third parties (other than a clinic name where relevant to a public-interest purpose).
• The submission is not defamatory, fraudulent, or intended to harm a third party without factual basis.

By submitting, you grant Dental Tourism Watch a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish, adapt, and remove the submission in anonymised form. You retain ownership of your account. You may request removal of your submission at any time; we will process removal requests within 30 days.

4. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Site to:

• Submit fabricated, misleading, or defamatory case reports
• Promote or advertise dental services, clinics, or tourism providers
• Scrape or republish our data without attribution and a link to the source page
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or circumvent any security measure
• Engage in any conduct that would violate applicable law

5. Moderation and removal

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any submitted case or comment at our discretion, including where we receive a substantiated dispute from a named party. We will not remove content solely because a clinic dislikes it — removal requires a demonstrated factual error or a legal basis.

6. Accuracy and liability

We make reasonable efforts to publish accurate, well-moderated content but cannot guarantee the accuracy of community-submitted data. The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for: any treatment decision made in reliance on content here; any inaccuracy in a community-submitted case report; or any loss arising from use of or inability to use the Site.

7. Intellectual property

Original editorial content, scoring methodology, and site design are copyright Dental Tourism Watch. Community case reports remain the property of their submitters, licensed to us as described in section 3.

You may quote or excerpt our content with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not republish entire articles, reproduce our dataset in bulk, or use our content in a way that implies endorsement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dental Tourism Watch operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
